Vanilla Bean Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

PANCAKES

  • 1/4 C Vanilla Protein Powder ( I like Garden of Life Vanilla flavor! Buy it here)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 C Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 C Almond Flour
  • 1 T Ground Cinnamon 
  • 3/4 C Coconut Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 C Almond Milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder
CRUMBLE
  • 1/3 C Coconut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla bean powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together
  • In a small separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together
  • Combine them
  • Warm up your griddle and or pan to medium/medium high heat
  • Coconut oil or butter your pan/griddle 
  • Spoon out two heaping spoonfuls onto pan or griddle 
  • Flip pancake when you start to see the edges lift away from the pan
  • Make the crumble while the pancakes are cooking
  • Let the pancakes cool for a few minutes 
  • Add berries, maple syrup, and the CRUMBLE to your taste!
