Raw Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2/3 C raw almonds
  • 2/3 C raw walnuts
  • 2/3 C gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 C raw honey
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3 T Lilly’s chocolate chips

Directions

  • In a Vitamix or food processor, pulse together almonds, walnuts, rolled oats, cinnamon and sea salt.
  • Add honey and vanilla and process to combine.
  • Add in chocolate chips and mix together.
  • Scoop out and roll into 1” balls.
  • Place in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
