Raw Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- 2/3 C raw almonds
- 2/3 C raw walnuts
- 2/3 C gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/4 C raw honey
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 T Lilly’s chocolate chips
- In a Vitamix or food processor, pulse together almonds, walnuts, rolled oats, cinnamon and sea salt.
- Add honey and vanilla and process to combine.
- Add in chocolate chips and mix together.
- Scoop out and roll into 1” balls.
- Place in the fridge for about 1 hour before serving.
