Ingredients

  • 1 C old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 C shredded coconut
  • 1/2 C almond butter
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 C hemp seeds
  • 1/4 C pumpkin seeds

Directions

  • Pulse oats in the blender, to break them up.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the wet ingredients and then add in the dry.
  • Let chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
  • Shape into 1 inch balls and store in the fridge.
