- 1 C old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 C shredded coconut
- 1/2 C almond butter
- 1/3 C honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 C hemp seeds
- 1/4 C pumpkin seeds
- Pulse oats in the blender, to break them up.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the wet ingredients and then add in the dry.
- Let chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Shape into 1 inch balls and store in the fridge.
