Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat the butter in a medium saucepan until melted.
Add the miniature marshmallows to the sauce pan and heat until melted, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
Combine with the rice cereal and then press in a greased 8x8 pan. Place in the fridge while making the topping.
For the topping, melt the coconut oil and then add in the honey, vanilla, beet root powder and sifted arrowroot powder.
Remove the treats and drizzle over the top. Serve immediately OR place in the fridge for later.
